One of the Erasmus + goals is to provide learning experience for adults across Europe. Adult professionals can learn from each other and develop new strategic partnerships. Through teaching and training assignments as well as job shadowing opportunities adult professionals exchange experiences and best practices in different fields and adapt new strategies or policies in their field of activity.
Adult educational opportunities within the Erasmus + are addressed to professionals, educators, policy makers and trainers.
Futurum serves the adult education profile of Erasmus + by organizing programs for professionals in various fields and experts of various sciences. The beneficiaries meet and work with their counterparts in Poland to develop new strategies and frameworks related to their profession or learning and teaching methods related to their fields of expertise. The beneficiaries are also encouraged to create common projects or initiatives.
Futurum places the experts at university faculties, educational institutions, professional companies and vocational centers.
