Public transport

You can find all necessary information regarding public transport in Wroclaw on the Urban Card webpage. The Wrocław Urban card is a convenient, multipurpose carrier of electronic services and products in a prepaid card format. From May 2010, the Wrocław Urban Transportation System’s tickets are encoded on the card.

In Warsaw there is a similar solution called Warsaw City Card. All information about it as well as about whole public transport system is provided on the webpage of Municipal Transportation Company.

The best route planner is the website jakdojade.pl, available also as a smartphone app for IOS, Android and Nokia phones.

Inter-city buses

There are a lot of companies operating bus routes between different locations in Poland. The most popular are Polski Bus, Polbus and PKS Polonus.

The e-podroznik (e-traveller) service provides data of many bus (and train) companies, making it possible to choose the most convenient and cheapest connection out of many available options.

Trains

The train timetable is accessible here and the tickets may be bought at www.intercity.pl.

Airlines

A lot of airlines operate to and from Warsaw (WMI and WAW) and Wroclaw (WRO) airports. The widest selection of flights to reach Poland is offered by LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Ryanair and Wizzair.
