he projects place the participants in food or beverage companies where they participate in selected stages of the food or beverage production by working on production and packaging line, preparing mixtures and selecting semi-products for further manufacture, learning different techniques used along particular stages of producing food, e.g. milling, drying, cooling, freezing etc. and proper storing of ready products.
